No Points from Jamba for the music file. I do not think I will get the Points for the music file. Is there a rule, which says, that you only get the 400 Points by purchasing files worth at least 4 €???
Is it reasonable to buy more files? How do they calculate the points? I thought you get for Opodo 500 Points per transaction, why do I get 696 €
Does anybody know, how the points are calculated?
Yesterday, I have phoned up Payback and I told them, that I did not get Points for my last 10 Bookings at Opodo. The woman on the line told me, that they have massive difficulties with the online Shops and it will take a few more weeks till they fix the problem. But the points will be given as said on the web. I asked why I did get more points for the first transactions I made, and she told me that on mistake they gave also points on taxes??? I had the impression, that she just wanted to say something, and get rid of me, because alot of people are coming up with the same questions...
