OP is solo, so that probably makes the added space less important.

Also: these two NM hotels both seem to be in a mall or shopping area surrounded by various restaurants, etc. That might make breakfast quality less important... I mean, if I could walk to 10 different places, including a Starbucks, I probably wouldn't eat breakfast in either FFI or TPS unless I was really pressed for time.

Both are Category 1. So they really do exist after all!!!
