Have been to a lot of FFIs and TPSs - if you are bringing your kids, go for TPS, I was upgraded a couple of times on one night stays to their 2 bedroom suites and I love the cooking facilities and a full size fridge too.

However if it hasn't been renovated during the past 5 years I'd go for the FFI.
