If the ramp to the side of the front entrance steps (inside between the concierge desk and the elevators/front desk/rest of the lobby level) is now gone, how do people in wheelchairs or with wheeled luggage (let alone anyone for whom the bell persons need s luggage cart) enter the hotel? The back entrance is rather hidden and IIRC has even more steps. In fact, doesn't France have accessibility laws? I get that they might not require drastic modifications to historic buildings, but for a public business to remove an existing ramp seems unusual.
