You can join the Polish equivalent. Most of the AAA/AA/ADAC/... have deals with each other and you can show your card in the US and use it like if you were an AAA member.

You can try ISIC discounts that you get via Alamo. There are other brokers that offer nice deals for <25 year olds with increased insurance cover.
