I think you're confusing this with the Crowne Plaza London Docklands. The CP London City hotel is next to Blackfriars Station (easy for Thameslink and the Circle/District lines) and is a bigger hotel with a Club Lounge.

I would take London City over Camden for location, but there's not much between it, depending on what you're doing in London.
