How true. I think that in the whole we are incredibly finikity )- fastidious and fussy; difficult to please; exacting, especially about details; meticulous and particular.). Sometimes ridiculously so.

Nevertheless despite all that there comes a point at which people say "enough" - but I am now convinced that a lot of this huffing about going elsewhere is just that, and that the real reason is that thy don't get to choose. Whoever is paying does that, and that's why there's so much unrest. However even Ryanair realised that it was upsetting too many customers and changed its corporate attitude to their customers. The IT debacle was the writing on the wall- they can try to brazen it out but if they don't wake up soon, it'll be too late.
