I agree, with over 1,000 nights with Marriott, "fresh bites" room service is an insult. It is paper cups, paper bags, fast-food junk by a chain who is transitioning from awesome service to cheap-as-possible cafeteria service in paper bags. This is horrible and management should step in and stop it befor they alianate business travellers like me who is seriously contemplating Hyatt instead.. please, please , please stop this rock bottom "service"!!!
