Beware of any TPS that wasn't built in the last 10 years. I've stayed at a few in the South that resemble old run down apartment buildings. Otherwise they can be quite nice (Overland Park, KS - 1 & 2 BR suites - come to mind). But breakfast is essentially a prepackaged take out muffin to go should that be a factor.
