Have to say, Amankila was the highlight for us with Ernst taking the best GM award as well. Agree wholeheartedly about the food. Fantastic! Especially the seafood platter.

I'll try to find time to type of a review, but the cliff notes are that although Aman is expensive, we felt the value was very high. They are not perfect, but the service recovery always exceeded our expectations and wiped out any other trivial items my wife and I would mention to each other.
