TPS is an extended stay property, so you should get a full mini kitchen and something like a suite. Think of it as a downscale version of a RI. For two days, the kitchen probably doesn't matter.
This. If paying I'd go Fairfield due to the points but if a reward it could probably go either way. Personally I'd probably look up what year they were built (or maybe if there was a major remodel) and go with the newer one.
