Hello CX people

Could not find a definite answer for that one... I'm OWE - if I book for two people on same PNR (me and OH) in Y could I preselect seats for free at the time of booking for the both of us (including exit row seats)? If booked it will be done directly on CX website and on Q fare bucket (two long haul legs).
