Am I the only one who can't submit BRGs and instead gets this error message (in every browser)...
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.starwoodhotels.com/preferredguest/whybookhere/claimform/submit.html" on this server.
I got this on multiple computers too (none of which have ever submitted a BRG claim before)
