Yes, transcontinental 3-Class F passengers also have Dining access. There are a LOT of JFK-LAX and JFK-SFO flights with 10 pax in First per flight.

I imagine that this product will be a great differentiator for the transcon pax....AA is try to keep them from switching to B6 Mint.
