I dont think that PC actually gives that much now that it no longer gives upgrades beyond "full size" . The rental cost saving by booking a D and getting an F over booking an F up front is about $1.5 a day where I rent - PC ends up being worth about $30 to $50 a year
I find PC has actually become more valuable with the launch of Ultimate Choice. Highly variable, of course, but the evidence here at least is that folks are getting some pretty nice upgrades from the PC area.
