Salt isn't so healthy. I preferred the honey roasted peanuts to the ones loaded with salt and oil. I wish the new almonds were unsalted.

I'm the boat of needing all the salt I can get, otherwise my blood pressure drops when I stand up and I can lose my balance. Sometimes I have to drink electrolytes, and if they're not available, just table salt dissolved in water. I know salt is bad for some people, but I think sugar is more universally unhealthy.
I still wish the almonds were unsalted though just because I like the flavor more, but I'll reserve judgment until I try the "lightly salted" variety in the air, since salt is usually more satisfying when flying.
