Hi I am re-using this thread. Can I get a boarding pass online for JFK-FRA?
I just tried, got checked in but was told to present my documents at the check-in counter to obtain my BP. There was an option to scan my passport, would this have helped? I can cancel the check-in and re-check if it is the case. I have a US passport, Global Entry...
