I was flying yesterday using a RUC and showed #1 on the upgrade list on the DL app (no gids boards). Two others and I were asked to hold off boarding; we began to talk and the guy who showed #2 on the list was told by the gate agent he is #1 . The gate agent had told me the same earlier and showed me on her computer. The other was confused (we got talking while waiting) because he was showing up #2 on his app.

The other person was Diamond as well using a RUC. Any thoughts how this would happen? Maybe Widget could shed some light
