A lot of people get E+ at check-in by virtue of the fact that E- is full and they don't have a seat assignment. Now those lucky few will get a free meal out of it?
Pretty much just matching what DL is doing, except with a hot meal instead of cold wrap/sandwich. And yes, for the lucky few, free meal with bonus bump.
