Took four tries but approved 15 hrs after first claim. Submitted a $133 rate found on zenhotels.com but 2.5 hrs later the BRG agent said they couldn't find it, even though I could still see it. Regardless, I found the $125 rate on otel.com and submitted that claim 20 min later. Four hours later the BRG agent again claimed they couldn't find it, even though it was still there. Replied with an appeal to use the link I sent in the claim form but never heard back. Submitted a new claim form for the $125 otel.com rate and went to bed. Found the approved rate in my in-box this morning.
