Seemingly not bookable, but there are a few BA Holiday with hotel deals to BOS (under £900), SFO & ORD in Biz on random dates in Jan/Feb. The normal price (i.e. about x3) appears when you click through, at least on the ones I tried.

It seems there are still a few glitches.
