Does anybody knows how device compatibility with in-flight movie streaming works? Lately I started to have a problem watching movies via United app. After I select a movie, I get a message that my device is incompatible. I have Galaxy Tab S3 with the latest firmware and app updates. Is there something I can do to fix this, or do I have to wait until United approves this relatively new device?
