Checked in Friday for a 3 night stay.
Partner is a Diamond/Globalist and had used a DSU.
We got a Corner Suite on the 44th floor. Good views.
Lights were wonky and worked poorly-- two of the nights there were lights that wouldn't turn off unless you unplugged them from the wall. One night the main entry light blazed all night long, wouldn't go off. Both times the maintenance guy was there and was stumped. Have read other reviews with complaints about the lights, so not a surprise.
Nice bathroom with a big tub and rain shower. good sized sofa and decent wifi.
Breakfast is $37 per person limit, so with two of us we each had an egg dish and split a pancake/waffle/french toast dish each day. Great quality food, letdown of very uneven service-- had to pretty much flag down servers multiple times to get any coffee refills 2 of the three days.
Gym is nice, decent equipment, clean.
54th floor bar at sunset on a lovely night is AMAZING! We had glasses of prosecco and were in heaven. Really lovely spot!
About a 4-7 minute walk to all three of the broadway shows we went to see. MUST SEE "A Doll's House Part 2" if you're there before July 2. Amazing show.
Overall very happy for the price paid ($179 a night!). Would return.
