Ah, right, Thanks, I was driving by taking photos and not paying attention to the words on the signs. LOL
Either the opening date is a slightly moving target or those here on this forum or at CX who may have the answer can't or won't say.
Ultimately, it opens when it opens and it isn't going to change if one has tickets for a certain date and hope to get to T4 for their trip.
