If OP can replicate the Google Flights search results on some booking site that shows fare codes, or at least the fare class, this information could be fed to a DL phone agent. Alternatively, if you know the route and exact fare, you might be able to search for the fare code (and fare rules) on EF.

However, this will only work if the fare and inventory availability is current.
