Considering booking Fairmont Singapore (since London and NYC Fairmont property are so difficult to book) using the Chase free night certificates with the suite upgrade certificate. What kind of suite do we get when using the suite upgrade certificate with the free night booking? What is the max number of people allowed in the suite?

Also, want to check if it is possible to double stack the room upgrade certificate with the suite upgrade certificate? I read some people are able to do double stack in some of the Fairmont properties. And can we also use 3rd night free certificate?

Booking suite will guarantee lounge access, correct? How is the lounge (food offering) in this property?
