Which way for now is The safest? Im thinking about using USAA Code in Budget/Avis, from 9th september till 26.09 with oneway to SF it gives me 460$ for Ford Focus, but im afraid that They will ask for USAA credit card.

Another way is using visa Code in Avis, But for now i have only Mastercards debit
