Thanks to this forum, I found a fun trick that makes life a little easier. I'm buying a fare to the east coast for work and then calling the same day to make a flight change and pay out of my own pocket to get a business fare. This works great and is a win, win for everyone.

The challenge I'm finding now is that Delta's fare classes on their website never match Google Flights. They seem to always be higher on Delta.com. Does anyone know of a way that I can call and get the fare from Google flights? I can load it up on DL.com with no problem but how can I get the phone folks at Delta to match the fare?

Any ideas?
