Checked out yesterday after my first stay with the new rules in place. I was a little apprehensive at first after hearing the stories, but wow did they look after us! My love affair with this property is stronger than ever.
I have been a heavy regular the last two years however.

Had booked London Classic Revenue, received KLEXEC park view.
Called a week or so before inquiring if I could trade away Club access for the Execs. Mentioned at check-in that I am most happy to not use Club as they had given me the Exec. Got Club anyway which I used for a total of 30 minutes during three days (a cup of tea one morning).

Had a points night also, which they bumped to a Deluxe ^
Had breakfast in the revenue rate not in the points rate, breakfast free for all of us. :-::-::-:
Lots of familiar staff all saying welcome back Mr Xxxxxx with a smile.
It was top notch. Can't wait to come back.
