Introduction Platinum upgrade to a room with beautiful views in poor repair. Warm evening in New York so air conditioner cycled on and off all night with loud noise and extreme vibration providing no opportunity for rest or sleep.Staff was worse with no response when reporting the issue in the morning. Restaurant doesn't serve breakfast until 7:30am, but even at 7:35am there was no wait staff to take orders.Still no response or feedback, though not sure they received my comments as the hotel does not make it easy to communicate with management.
