There are loads of routes both freeway and surface streets. The first thing to do is turn on AM 980 or if they have a Dodger game on turn on 1070. They each do traffic every 10 minutes and will tell you which freeways are clogged. I would normally take the 405 south with the carpool lane to the 22 east to the 57 north. If the 22 is bad, you can hop off and head north to Katella, turn right and take that all the way to the stadium.
