There are basically 4 internal configs for the QF 767's. The remaining 767-238ER's are as Dave Noble describes with the single over-wing emergency exit. These were the first 767's delivered to QF and are not long for this part of the planet. They have the Pratt & Whitney engines.
There are two basic internal configs for the QF 767-338ER's. These are commonly known as the international and domestic config. The international config is often found on domestic sectors. They have the 1x2x2 config in J using Dreamtime Seats (still with the small IFE screens). The domestic config is 2x2x2 in J. The WHY cabins are very similar, and have the two over-wing exit rows. These all have the GE engines.
The ex-BA 767-336's, as Dave Nobel points out have the full-size exit door in front of the wing. They have 2x2x2 config in J. WHY pitch and seating is similar to the 767-338's but slightly different layout for galleys, lavs etc. These have the RR engines.
There is no way to tell from the timetable if you will get an international or domestic config 767-338 or an ex-BA 767-336 on a domestic sector. But all are pretty much the same for a 1 hour domestic flight in WHY.
