I'll report back this weekend. I'll try my best at MAD, and then CLT to get rerouted... but just in case I'm preparing for a possible delay (or bump, if they need it: paradox I don't want to get delayed on my dime, but I wouldn't mind doing it on AA's).

Routing would be: AA1401 to MIA and AA7711 (operated by LA 767) to LIM (4 hours layover) or AA435 to DFW and AA980 to LIM (1.5 hours but connecting in DFW, which is a breeze)
