I agree, it is a good hotel and definitely cheaper than the other. I think that the exec lounge is a bit of an afterthought being tucked away right at the back of the business/conference centre, but overall the place is hard to fault, and the staff are great. It also has the added bonus of being just 100m from the office of one of my biggest clients.
