Having re-vamped the earnings side of the equation, the next logical step is the burning side. I cannot imagine that CX would have looked at both sides of the equation when undertaking the changes exercise.
If we are talking about AsiaMiles, CX has only tinkered with the earnings side so far, making small adjustments here and there. I wouldn't call it a revamp (Status earning is a different matter). So I think there is still scope for them to make more wholescale changes to both earning and burning.
