Is it possible that there is a second PNR that hasn't been communicated to you? If you didn't amend the booking after first paying for it I can't see why it would remain unticketed. If you did amend it after booking it then that may explain its current status. But I would guess a call to the TA would be worthwhile, just to see if they can see a problem.
A second PNR is possible, but unlikely - we haven't changed any aspect of the booking since paying. I'll give the TA a call tomorrow and see what I can find out.
