To me it just shows that ( where it can ) the company is trying to separate out as many of its operating costs to pretend prices are lower than they are when advertising ( where advertising laws permit such misrepresentative advertising )

Things such as concession fees , vehicle license fees , customer facility charges and leasing taxes are just costs associated with running a car rental business and no good reason for them to be itemised

If I go to supermarket and buy food , shopping centre lease fees are not added to the bill at checkout - no reason for it at a car company
