The last longhaul flight in FIRST was when I flew with SWISS was with its predecessor, SWISSAIR in May 2001. The service was nice and the notable differences between then and now, are maybe the quantity of food, and the lack of 'samples' from the La Prairie offerings. SWISSAIR had attendants come round with a huge box of La Prairie products which one helped themselves.. but now, I see that even though it's ''in the restroom", it's not the same anymore.

I still feel as though I would roll off the sleeper seats when fully reclined!

Anyway, just my two cents mentionable worth.
So, your only negative feeling is the amenity kit? Thank goodness! I was worried. You were less than concerned about another traveller, who asked about a valid shower question, that you told the poster to shower before travelling! I, too, have met with airline executives. I would never run from my appontment and then post the responses as soon as possible. If the samples in the restroom were all that I cared about.........oh well. Did you not get enough to eat? Did you not recieve enough free sample(S) from the amenity kit??
