Interesting that BA today have made a statement to say that

"We recognise the uncertainty that some customers may be feeling and have therefore extended our flexible booking policy. If you are due to fly to/from Heathrow or Gatwick on Sunday May 28 or Monday May 29 and no longer wish to travel, even if your flight is still operating, you can rebook to travel up to and including 10 June"

I was stuck at LHR all day yesterday and have managed to rebook my travel for July. My itinerary was on two separate PNRs as it was an Ex-EU and in shifting my flights I was told that BA would give me a free change on the PNR which held the cancelled flight, but would not honour the cancelation of my return positioning flight on Monday which was on a different PNR. I therefore only received back the taxes and forfeited the rest of the Club Europe fare. Clearly, today's statement says that I could now get a free change if I decided not to travel on Monday - what are my chances of getting BA to 'Un-Cancel' my flight and rebook on the basis that they have changed their policy?
