So sorry to hear that! I truly agree and believe a corporate failure such as this plus the lack of communication post event lies at the desk of any CEO. This in many corporations would follow with a resignation or falling on a Sword for Mr Cruz.

Hopefully when all the current crisis situation is resolved that will be what will happen for the sake of every effected passenger!!!
