Australia speaks English. I'm not talking accents here. I'm all for having multinational staff, but they have to understand pretty basic English. The operators at the Westin did not. Not a single one. I assume the operators were Chinese because the clientele is often a Chinese. But not understanding basic English in an English-speaking country is a serious issue.
