I can't tell you which is best but I have stayed at both the Hyatt and Intercontinental. Both were upscale and I enjojed both. Intercontinental had a nice Jazz bar called Up on the 10th. and the Hyatt had a nice Pub. Both pools were chilled and very comfortable.
