It's a Westin in Sydney. I expected much more. Like plugs by the bed, and air con that works properly, and staff that can understand the national language, and management that can keep its promises. Price notwithstanding. Doesn't seem like high expectations to me.
As to the national language we speak a different English to US English.Many is the time in the States where people could not understand what I was saying.Fortunately my wife's accent isn't as broad as mine so she translates for me.
