But let's throw the baby out with the bathwater instead of dealing with infractions if/when they arise.
We will probably never agree on this subject. I feel that the hotel should do what is in their power to aid in the comfort and convenience of their guests. I can't recall *ever* having a delivery person held at the lobby at a hotel that didn't have an on-site restaurant. And while correlation is not the same thing as causation, there sure seems to be the appearance of a strong causal link.
