BA are totally crap, confirmed. First available flight for us is Wednesday. Holiday ruined. No help at all BA. 7 hours on the phone, just to be told that. Call operators helpful to be fair, but they've still wasted my hard won holiday. If the insurance won't pay out, I'm 3.5k down on accomodation. F*** you very much BA.

I did find a 13 hr alternative via Berlin for a fortune but that didn't cut it to be fair, we'd have lost 50% of our holiday anyway.

Fairly F***ed off, and that's it for BA. We worked hard for this and they have offered 0 help despite a 6 hour wait.
