For an outstation that is very good service indeed. At some places I suspect the ground staff would be much less willing to go the extra mile. There may be one BA staff member working there in SOF however, if it is who I think it is, it may explain a lot of your comments. I would put a ba.com/thankyou comment on, particularly if you can name any of the people who impressed you.
