You will NOT get LTE speeds except in Canada and Mexico, you can be on an LTE network and throttled to 128Kb/sec or if you are on T-Mobile one and have *ANY* One Plus add on including the limited time promo free one it's 256Kb/sec
On Verizon you got LTE speeds by PAYING the $10 per day in 100 countries and $5 a day in Canada and Mexico;

On T-Mobile you can add a high speed international roaming data pack but honestly they aren't worth it. The 256Kb/sec is fine for everything except streaming video.

You *MUST* have a One Plus Add on to your account - the free one that was limited or the $5 a month or higher ones to get 256Kb/sec, it was not a blanket lift to 128Kb/sec as others are implying.
