That still won't give you LTE. One = 128 kbps, One Plus (Intl or not) = 256 kbps.
The recent change was to extend 256kbps Intl roaming to regular One Plus subscribers. Just plain "One" is still 128 kbps.
Then how do I get LTE speeds? I previously had Verizon, and I automatically was getting LTE speeds.
