It depends what you're looking for and how you value (or can bill!) your money.

The China Eastern lounge (accessible with PP) isn't too bad with a small range of drinks and some decent food. The 'strange' access to wifi requires an SMS, so I don't know if it is accessible without a Chinese SIM. Once you access it, though, the speed used to be enough to stream Netflix over VPN (though I can't do that any more (().
