Sleeper service is not as restricted as it has been suggested. In the attached example from sleeper flight SQ218 MEL-SIN in business class, you can clearly see, that one can have either supper, or breakfast, and importantly both if one wishes… I flew it on 25 May and actually did have small supper and then larger breakfast.
